Fight Colds & Flu the Simple Way
There are two things I would not be without in Winter and that’s Cold-War essential oil blend and my diffuser. In 16 years of using this blend I have yet to find anything which even comes close when it comes to the prevention and treatment of those miserable cold symptoms. It helps prevent colds and reduce symptoms – naturally.
So, if you want to keep it simple then do try this pre-blend. Cold-War is Mayfield Therapy’s best seller, with repeat purchases the norm. By carefully blending Tea-Tree, Lavender and Eucalyptus essential oils, Cold-War provides a very effective treatment for cold and flu symptoms. It’s most powerful effect can be seen when used at the first sign of a cold. Just 2 or 3 drops on your pillow at night and almost always the symptoms have gone in the morning. It’s advisable to keep using it though for 3-5 days to make sure the symptoms don’t arise again.
Already got a cold?
If you’re already suffering then Cold-War is great in a steam inhalation. For adults, add 4–6 drops to a bowl of steaming water, pace a towel over your head and breathe. Children over 2 years old, adults with sensitive skin and asthmatics should avoid inhaling directly. Instead, place the bowl of hot water with added oils in the room nearby or better still use an oil burner or diffuser.
How to stop colds spreading to others
In the office and even at home the cold virus is all around us at this time of year and it’s almost impossible to avoid it, but you can limit the damage. Add 3-4 drops of Cold War to an oil burner or diffuser, a diffuser is obviously more practical at work or where there are children around. As the oils are diffused into the air they provide natural antibiotic and anti-viral properties to help prevent the spread of viruses and bacteria.
You can buy Cold-War online for just £9.50 and until February 28th, there’s half price P&P! To get half price P&P please use discount code: 50HALFFEB. You can of course always pick up a bottle at your next appointment.
